Deposit: We require a 25% deposit in U.S.D. immediately after booking your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Over 60 days notice Full refund

60 - 45 days notice No refund on deposit

44 - 30 days notice 50% penalty applied

Less than 30 days notice 100% penalty

Cancelations can be made either by email or telephone. All telephone cancelations must be confirmed within 24 hours by email or fax.
